Basingstoke, 06 September 2016 – Tech Data has added the full range of document management and scanning solutions from Visioneer to its portfolio and will be working with the company to expand its presence and visibility in the UK market.
Visioneer is a world-class developer of intelligent imaging solutions for desktop, distributed, departmental and mobile use. The company’s focus is on developing products that provide a faster and easier way to capture documents and photographs, and integrate them with popular Windows and document imaging applications.
Recognised as an innovator and with its OneTouch technology, Visioneer pioneered the development of auto-scanning directly to applications, files or folders. More recently, it released Visioneer CONNECT, which enables users to scan and upload documents to popular cloud repositories automatically, in any file format.

Tech Data is stocking Visioneer’s Strobe 500, RoadWarrior 3 and RoadWarrior 4D, the Mobility Air and Mobility models and the highly-rated Patriot D40 desktop scanner, which was recently given a Five Star award by respected review magazine, PC Pro. This high speed, duplex colour scanner offers point-and-click scanning and delivers high quality images and easy integration with business applications, making it simple for users to quickly convert paper documents into searchable PDF files. It can scan up to 6,000 pages per day at up to 120 images per minute in duplex mode.
