Tech Data signs UK&I distribution agreement with edgeNEXUS

Partners get access to next-generation apps delivery, load balancing and WAF solutions –with added security for key applications

Basingstoke, 15 January 2020Tech Data (Nasdaq: TECD) has signed a distribution agreement with global application delivery expert, edgeNEXUS, to provide the company’s next-generation application delivery, load balancing and web application firewall (WAF) solutions to partners.

The agreement means Tech Data will be the only current distributor for edgeNEXUS solutions in the UK and Ireland. The two companies will work in partnership to provide partners with the highest level of support across the engagement lifecycle.

The edgeNEXUS solutions are available in the form of a hardware appliance, as a virtual appliance or via the cloud, giving customers total flexibility. One-click migration makes the task seamless and risk-free. The embedded App Store provides easy access to pre-configuration templates, server health monitors and traffic management rules.  An integrated microservices platform allows vendors and customers to build and run containerised applications on edge devices.
