The business broadband and VoIP specialist is looking to work with more members from the channel services group’s growing managed services community
Bishop’s Stortford, 5 March 2019 – DMSL, the specialist distributor of broadband and cloud telephony services, has been announced as the lead for the Synaxon channel services group’s MSP group meeting, which takes place in Hinckley next week.
The distributor will be at the meeting to promote its wide range of connectivity options and VoIP options from BT and Gamma. The meeting at the Jury’s Inn location at the heart of the UK’s motorway network, will bring together the 60 businesses that have now signed up for Synaxon’s SynMSP membership, which provides dedicated support for growing managed services businesses.
John Carter, Managing Director of DMSL, said: “To deliver managed services effectively, you need great connectivity and the SynMSP gathering is the ideal for us to put the fast, reliable, stable solutions we offer into the spotlight. We’ve got a great working relationship with many Synaxon members and we’d like to build on that partnership and develop even more within the SynMSP community.”
Synaxon has now signed up more than 60 businesses as SynMSP members, and Derek Jones, Chairman of Synaxon UK, expects the number to keep on growing. “For many if not most of our members now, managed services are a key strategic play. By becoming part of the SynMSP community, they can learn about best practices and new opportunities, forge new and positive partnerships and learn from their peers.”
As well as pro-active lead-generation and hands-on support for local events, DMSL offers resellers an end-to-end service on the complete range of BT connectivity solutions – from simple broadband to ultra-fast services and Leased Lines. It can also provide sales support for BT Business VoIP and Gamma Horizon hosted voice solutions, enabling MSPs to grow their subscription revenues and profitability.
DMSL has continued to see its sales flourish in recent months, and Carter believes this is down to the continuing move towards the cloud and managed services and the subsequent rising importance of connectivity. “We have seen resellers doing some quite big deals with nationwide or big regional companies. We are seeing more companies switching to hosted voice as well- there is certainly no shortage of opportunity and for MSPs, connectivity and VoIP are an ideal add-on sale, so we have is plenty to offer Synaxon’s SynMSP members.”
The SynMSP members meeting will take place on Thursday 14 March at the Jury’s Inn hotel, Hinckley, at the junction of the M69 and A5 – one of the most central points in the UK.
