Patrick Zammit, president, Europe, at Tech Data said: “Obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification is an important testament to Tech Data’s ongoing commitment to deliver the highest quality of service to the IT channel. It is also a great vote of confidence for Tech Data colleagues across the region who enable us to live up to our culture for continuous improvement on behalf of our valued customers and vendors.”

The ISO 9000:2015 quality management system is designed to help organisations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to a product or service. Third-party certification bodies provide independent confirmation that organisations meet the requirements of ISO 9001. Over one million organisations worldwide are independently certified, making ISO 9001 one of the most widely used management tools in the world today.
