CityFibre, the UK’s largest independent full fibre platform, has been awarded a Channel Champions Award for Vendor Best Sales Support Team. In addition, the company was highly commended in two further categories – Vendor Executive Leadership Team and Vendor People and Culture Team.
Commenting on a thoroughly-deserved win for the sales support team, Sarah Davis, Sales Operations Manager, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to receive this award, and I’m thrilled for the whole team. The Channel Champions Awards are organised by leading channel magazine Comms Dealer and were judged by a panel of highly experienced industry professionals. In their citation, the judges stated: “The support staff at CityFibre have clearly developed a great team ethic and the outstanding metrics demonstrated in their entry gave it the edge on the competition.”
Similarly, commenting on the highly commended recognition for People and Culture, the judges said: “CityFibre have not only considered their people but their people’s families too. It’s clear they have a thoughtful and kind culture – looking at every area of the employee experience to ensure people feel valued and can achieve balance. Their culture clearly has had a measurable impact and is well supported with advocacy from the staff.”
